What You Will Do
As an HR Executive at GREEN TARA INTERNATIONAL, you will handle a variety of HR functions that keep our operations running smoothly.
Recruitment Coordination
You will draft and send job requirement requests to recruitment agencies based on client needs. This requires ensuring clarity in role expectations and qualifications for effective sourcing. You will follow up with recruitment agencies and internal sources to ensure timely submission of candidate profiles .
You will screen received CVs to assess qualifications, experience, and suitability for each role. Scheduling and coordinating preliminary and final interviews with candidates and interview panels will be part of your regular responsibilities .
Candidate Management
You will collect, organize, and upload candidate documents while coordinating with the team to upload information into our systems. Maintaining accurate applicant records and recruitment trackers helps us stay organized and efficient .
You will schedule and confirm interviews with shortlisted candidates and follow up with candidates regarding application status and feedback. This ensures a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process .
Onboarding Support
You will support onboarding processes by preparing joining documents for new hires. This includes drafting standard HR letters such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and other employment documentation .
Employee Records Management
You will maintain and update employee records in both digital and physical formats. Keeping information accurate and accessible is essential for smooth HR operations .
Documentation and Compliance
You will ensure all HR documentation is properly prepared, filed, and maintained in accordance with company policies and UAE regulations. This includes handling employment contracts and other official HR correspondence.
What We Need From You
The right candidate brings solid HR experience, strong organizational skills, and a professional approach.
Experience
You need a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in an HR role . Your experience should include exposure to recruitment, documentation, and employee relations.
Personal Qualities
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills – you interact effectively with candidates, colleagues, and external partners
- High level of integrity – you can handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Enthusiastic and organized – you approach your work with energy and keep things running smoothly
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office – you are comfortable with standard office software
- Experience with HR systems is an advantage
Language
Excellent communication skills in English are required. Additional languages are a plus.
