Job Details:

  • Experience: 1-2+ years in telesales, call center sales, or a similar phone-based role.
  • Salary: AED 3,000 to 5,000 per month (base) + competitive commission and bonuses

Key Responsibilities & Daily Situations

As a Tele Sales Representative in Dubai, you will manage a mix of customer interactions. Your adaptability across different sales situations will be crucial to success.

1. Outbound Sales & Prospecting:

  • First, you will make proactive calls to potential customers from provided leads or generated lists.
  • Furthermore, you will present products or services persuasively, overcoming objections and closing deals.
  • Consequently, you will consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and call quotas.

2. Inbound Customer Engagement:

  • You will handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat inquiries, converting them into sales opportunities.
  • Additionally, you will provide accurate information, answer questions, and guide customers through the sales process.
  • Moreover, you will follow up on leads promptly to nurture relationships and secure sales.

3. Administration & CRM Management:

  • You will accurately log all interactions, update customer details, and record sales in the CRM system.
  • Finally, you will prepare daily activity and sales reports for management review.
