Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Operator to join a reputable company in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong typing skills and an eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate digital records, processing text data, and ensuring the integrity of our databases. Key Responsibilities
- Inputting and updating large volumes of data into company databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy.
- Verifying data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering information.
- Compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of data before it is entered.
- Scanning and transferring physical documents and files into digital formats.
- Maintaining a detailed and organized filing system for both physical and digital records.
- Handling sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality and integrity.
- Responding to data queries from management and other departments.
- Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role preferred.
- Typing Speed: Must possess fast typing skills (minimum 40 WPM) with high accuracy.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with office equipment (scanners, printers).
- Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Visa Status: Candidates must have their own valid residency visa in Dubai or be able to obtain one.
