In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling the infrastructure and tools that enable our development teams to deliver high-quality software rapidly and reliably. You will champion automation, infrastructure as code, and continuous improvement across the entire software delivery lifecycle .

Key Responsibilities
CI/CD Pipeline Management:
- Design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps .
- Automate build, test, and deployment processes to enable rapid and reliable software releases .
- Ensure pipeline efficiency, reliability, and security across multiple environments .
Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
- Manage cloud infrastructure using IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates .
- Implement configuration management using tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef .
- Version control infrastructure configurations and treat infrastructure with the same rigor as application code .
Containerization & Orchestration:
- Build and manage containerized applications using Docker .
- Deploy and orchestrate containers using Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE) or similar platforms .
- Optimize container resource utilization and implement auto-scaling strategies .
Monitoring & Observability:
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog .
- Proactively identify performance bottlenecks, reliability issues, and security vulnerabilities .
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response to ensure system availability .
Collaboration & Automation:
- Work closely with development teams to understand application requirements and optimize deployment strategies .
- Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors .
- Champion DevOps culture and best practices across the organization .
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field .
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or related roles .
Technical Skills:
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps) .
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and configuration management (Ansible, Puppet) .
- Deep knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) .
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) .
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) .
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog) .
- Understanding of networking, security, and system administration concepts .
Certifications (Preferred):
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) .
