Role: SAP Technical Consultant
Employment Type: 1-year contract (extendable), outsourced
Work Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred, or max 15–30 days
About the Role:
You will be part of a transformation project, providing technical expertise across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments. This is a hands-on role requiring strong development skills, problem-solving ability, and experience in end-to-end SAP implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain SAP solutions using ABAP, BAPIs, BDC, RFCs, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms.
- Design and support SAP Workflows.
- Develop and optimize OData services, CDS views, RAP, and Web Dynpro applications.
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Participate in full-cycle SAP implementation/upgrade projects.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to deliver scalable solutions.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 6–8 years of proven experience as an SAP Technical Consultant.
- Involvement in at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementation or upgrade projects.
- Must-have technical skills:
- Strong ABAP programming (OOABAP, ALV, Enhancement Frameworks)
- BAPIs, BDC, RFCs
- Smart Forms & Adobe Forms
- SAP Workflow design
- OData, CDS, RAP, Web Dynpro
- Debugging and performance analysis
- Experience with both SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- SAP certifications are a strong plus.
