Key Responsibilities
As a Bell Boy in our Dubai hotel, you will play a key role in creating a memorable first impression.
1. Guest Service & Luggage Handling:
- First, you will greet arriving and departing guests warmly and professionally at the lobby and driveway.
- Furthermore, you will safely transport guest luggage to and from rooms, vehicles, and storage areas.
- Additionally, you will explain room features and hotel facilities to guests upon arrival.
2. Valet & Concierge Support:
- You may assist with basic valet parking and retrieval of guest vehicles.
- Moreover, you will deliver items like newspapers, parcels, or room service orders to guest rooms as requested.
- You will also provide reliable support to the Concierge and Front Office teams with various guest requests.
3. Lobby & Public Area Presence:
- Finally, you will maintain a smart, alert presence in the lobby, ready to assist guests and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
