What You Will Do

As a Sales Executive at MAXI CARE, you will be the bridge between our company and the clients who need our services. Your role combines hunting for new business with building lasting relationships.

Find and Develop New Opportunities

Your main job is to identify potential clients who could benefit from our services. This includes residential property managers, villa owners, commercial building operators, and industrial facility managers. You will research leads, make initial contact, and open doors for conversation.

You will present our full range of services clearly and confidently. This means explaining how we handle maintenance contracts, electrical repairs, plumbing work, and interior decoration projects. You help prospects understand why MAXI CARE is the right choice for their needs.

Build Strong Client Relationships

Trust matters in facility management. Clients need to know they can rely on us when problems arise. You will nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure they remain satisfied. Happy clients renew their contracts and call us when new needs emerge.
