What You Will Do:

As a Legal Associate for this leading medical device company, you will provide essential legal and administrative support to ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance.

Draft and Review Legal Documents:

You will assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, NDAs, and other legal instruments . Your attention to detail will ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

Manage Case Files and Legal Records:

You will organize and maintain case files and other legal records, ensuring all documentation is properly filed and easily accessible when needed . This includes maintaining contract repositories and legal records systematically.

Conduct Legal Research

You will conduct legal research on various topics, analyze relevant laws and regulations, and provide well-reasoned recommendations to management . Your research will support informed decision-making across the organization.

Provide Administrative Support

You will provide general administrative support to the legal team, helping with day-to-day operations and ensuring the team functions efficiently . This includes preparing reports, managing correspondence, and handling ad-hoc legal tasks as they arise.

Support Budget Tracking and Invoice Management

You will assist with legal budget tracking and invoice management, helping the team monitor expenses and maintain financial control . Your organizational skills will ensure accurate financial records.

Support Reporting and Compliance

You will support reporting activities and assist with ensuring the organization complies with legal and regulatory requirements . This includes helping with contract administration, regulatory submissions, and risk management activities to safeguard the company’s legal and ethical position .


What We Need From You

The right candidate brings solid legal experience, regulatory knowledge, and a commitment to accuracy.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent is required. A Master’s degree or specialization in Corporate Law is a plus .

Experience

You need a minimum of 2–3 years of relevant legal experience. Experience within the META region is preferred .

Regulatory Knowledge:

Knowledge of UAE regulations, particularly within Freezone areas, is required . Understanding the legal framework for medical devices or healthcare is advantageous.

Language Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, French, and Arabic are required . This trilingual capability is essential for working across the diverse META region.

  • Excellent communication skills – you can interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
