Salary: AED 35,000 – 48,000 per month (commensurate with experience & evaluation)

About the Role:
You will be the strategic and creative leader of a large Interior Design division within a leading consultancy. Your mandate is to drive design quality, mentor large multi-disciplinary teams across regional branches, and contribute directly to business growth and client relations in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide inspirational leadership and direction to the Interior Design department across multiple regional offices.
- Uphold and elevate design standards, innovation, and technical excellence across all projects.
- Mentor, manage, and develop large, multi-disciplinary design teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Act as the primary design authority and key point of contact for major clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Lead and contribute to business development efforts, including proposal development, technical submissions, and high-level client presentations.
- Oversee the delivery of large-scale, high-end projects across hospitality, commercial, healthcare, and luxury residential sectors.
- Champion the implementation and advancement of BIM (Revit) workflows and standards.
- Integrate and promote sustainable design practices in line with regional standards (e.g., Estidama).
- Travel as required between the UAE and KSA to oversee operations and key client engagements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture (Master’s degree preferred).
- A minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience within a reputable engineering or design consultancy.
- A proven portfolio showcasing leadership on major, high-value projects within the GCC across multiple sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing multi-office or regional design teams.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in English, with outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in supporting business development and engaging with high-profile clients.
- Strong technical expertise in BIM (Revit) workflow implementation and management.
- Knowledge of local sustainability standards is a significant advantage.
- Must be willing and able to travel frequently within the GCC region. Head of Interior Design Department.
