About the Role:
You will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs that align with our brand identity and communication objectives. From concept to execution, you will produce a wide range of creative assets to support marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and print collateral.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital platforms (website, social media, email campaigns) and print materials (brochures, banners, presentations).
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and visual storytelling.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended message.
- Prepare and optimize graphics for web and print, ensuring technical quality and accuracy.
- Manage multiple design projects from concept through delivery, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative planning.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Experience with digital design for social media, web, and email marketing.
- Knowledge of print production processes and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
