- Experience: 1-2+ years in retail sales, preferably in luxury, homeware, or fashion.
- Salary: AED 3,500 to 5,000 per month (depending on experience) + commission

Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Assistant at our Dubai boutique, you will be the face of our brand. Therefore, your primary goal is to create a welcoming and sophisticated shopping environment.
1. Customer Service and Sales:
- First, you will greet clients warmly and provide expert, personalized consultations.
- Furthermore, you will develop strong product knowledge to confidently explain features, benefits, and styling advice.
- Ultimately, you will drive sales by identifying client needs and recommending suitable products, thereby achieving individual and store targets.
2. Store Operations and Merchandising:
- You will assist in processing transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Additionally, you will help maintain impeccable store presentation, including restocking and merchandising products to company standards.
- You will also handle inventory checks to ensure stock levels are accurate.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- You will help build a loyal client base by collecting contact information and supporting customer follow-up initiatives.
- Moreover, you will assist in handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements & Skills

Essential Qualities:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role. Experience in luxury or home interiors is a significant advantage.
- A strong desire to meet and exceed sales goals through excellent service.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic or other languages is highly beneficial for our diverse clientele.
- A professional appearance, positive attitude, and a genuine passion for design and luxury products.
Practical Skills:
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Flexibility to work during retail hours, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
