Key Responsibilities
Patient Assessment & Diagnosis:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, including range of motion, muscle strength, balance, posture, and functional abilities .
- Review patient medical histories, physician referrals, and diagnostic reports to understand the full clinical picture .
- Identify physical impairments, movement dysfunctions, and rehabilitation goals through clinical evaluation and specialized tests .
- Develop accurate physiotherapy diagnoses and establish clear, measurable treatment objectives .
Treatment & Rehabilitation:
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, evidence-based practices, and patient goals .
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, joint mobilization, and soft tissue massage .
- Administer physical agents and modalities such as ultrasound, TENS, heat/cold therapy, and electrotherapy as clinically indicated .
- Guide patients through prescribed exercises, ensuring proper technique and progression throughout the rehabilitation process .
- Monitor patient progress closely and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes .
Patient Education & Empowerment:
- Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment plan, and expected recovery timeline .
- Teach patients self-management techniques, including home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies .
- Provide ergonomic advice and lifestyle modifications to support long-term health and prevent re-injury .
- Motivate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, celebrating milestones and progress .
Collaboration & Documentation:
- Work collaboratively with physicians, orthopedic specialists, sports medicine doctors, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care .
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely clinical records and treatment notes .
- Prepare progress reports for referring physicians and insurance purposes as required .
- Participate in team meetings and case discussions to optimize patient outcomes .
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Licensure:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution .
- Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter is mandatory .
- Membership in good standing with relevant professional physiotherapy association .
Experience:
- Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience as a Physiotherapist in a hospital, rehabilitation center, or outpatient clinic setting .
- Experience in [optional: insert specialty if relevant, e.g., orthopedic, sports rehabilitation, neurological, pediatric, musculoskeletal] is highly preferred .

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team .
- Proficiency in maintaining clinical documentation and using electronic medical records (EMR) systems .
- Fluency in English (spoken and written). Arabic language skills are a strong advantage .
