You will create renewable power systems through your work, which includes building solar photovoltaic systems, energy storage systems, and linking them to intelligent electrical networks. # Renewable Energy Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Renewable Energy system Design:
Solar PV system designers need to create residential and commercial and utility-scale systems by determining system dimensions and selecting appropriate components and arranging system elements for optimal performance.
The development process requires designers to create battery energy storage systems and combined renewable power systems.
Create detailed technical drawings and specifications and BOQs through design software usage.
Project Development & Implementation:
- Perform site evaluations and shading assessments and renewable energy project feasibility evaluations.

- The project management team receives support for their work which includes handling procurement activates and monitoring installation processes and conducting final equipment testing.
- Projects need to reach their scheduled completion dates while staying within their financial limits and maintaining their expected quality standares.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Organizations need to track thier system opearartions data because it reveals areas which require performance improvement.
- Organizations need to create energy output assessments along with operational assessment documents which they will share with their clients and stakeholders.
Research & Innovation:
- Access to renewable energy technology updates requires me to follow all industry changes which include following all regulatory shifts.
- The research and development team needs to work on projects which aim to enhance system performance reduce operational expenses.
- This business development team needs my help to create technical materials which will support their proposal work and client presentation activates.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education And Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in renewable energy engineering, with a focus on solar PV systems.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in solar design software such as PVsyst, Helioscope, or SketchUp.
- Strong Knowledge of electrical systems, inverters, and energy storge technologies.
- Familiarity with UAE regulations, DEWA interconnection standards, and R&D guidelines.
- Employees need to understand project management basics while they should stay proficient in their responsibilities of field supervision.
Certifications (Highly Preferred):
- NABCEP Certification (PV Design Specialist or PV Installation Professional).
- Certified Energy Manger (CEM) or LEED AP.
Personal Attributes:
- The candidate need to show strong dedication toward environmental protraction and clean energy solutions.
- The candidate need to possess strong analytical abilities which allow them to solve problems effectively.
- The candidate needs to demonstrate strong abelites for both communication and presentation.
- The candidates must perform work independently while successfully collaborating with team members in group settings.
- The candidate must talk and write English fluently. The ability to speak Arabic would add value to this position.
