About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. Key Responsibilities
- Assist registered nurses and medical staff with daily patient care activities.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.
- Help patients with personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, and other daily living activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
- Stock and prepare patient rooms and nursing stations with necessary supplies.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Accurately document care provided and report any changes in a patient’s condition to the supervising nurse.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and infection control standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certification: A valid nursing assistant certificate (CNA) or equivalent from an accredited program.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Nurse Assistant in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are also encouraged to apply.
- Licensing: Eligibility for or possession of a valid DHA/HAAD/MOH license to practice in the UAE is a mandatory requirement.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic proficiency in English (knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and assist with patient lifting/mobility.
