A leading financial services institution is seeking an experienced Charles River Derivatives (CRD) Application Support Analyst for a key 1-year contract role based in Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Employment Type: 1-year contract (extendable), outsourced

About the Role:
You will be the technical and functional anchor for the CRD application, providing end-to-end support and implementation expertise. This role ensures the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the platform for portfolio managers, traders, and compliance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily operational support for the Charles River Derivatives (CRD) platform, ensuring system stability, performance, and availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to derivatives trading workflows, trade order management, and compliance.
- Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts to proactively identify and address potential issues.
- Collaborate with end-users including portfolio managers, traders, and compliance officers to resolve issues and optimize system functionality.
- Assist in testing and deployment of new CRD releases, enhancements, patches, and upgrades.
- Perform application configuration, user access management, and environment maintenance.
- Document troubleshooting steps, resolution procedures, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
- Train users on CRD features, workflows, and operational best practices.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in application support, preferably within financial services or investment banking.
- Hands-on, end-to-end implementation and support experience with the Charles River Derivatives (CRD) platform is essential.
- Strong understanding of trade order management, portfolio management, compliance, and derivatives trading workflows.
- Technical proficiency in system monitoring, log analysis, and performance troubleshooting.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional IT teams, business users, and vendors.
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SQL and database querying for support and reporting.
- Knowledge of financial instruments and derivatives products.
- Familiarity with ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks.
- Certification or formal training in Charles River IMS or CRD.
