The Good Moon started with a simple idea. We wanted to create a place where people could gather, connect, and enjoy memorable food. Our name comes from the beauty of the moon. We designed our space to reflect warmth, elegance, and a touch of wonder.
Our restaurant sits in a charming villa on Al Wasl Road in Jumeirah 2. Guests enjoy beautiful views of the Burj Khalifa. The space blends modern elegance with cozy comfort. Soft lighting creates a warm glow across rustic wooden tables. Plush seating invites guests to relax and stay awhile. A striking moon fixture reminds visitors of our theme.
We take pride in our menu as well. It celebrates global flavors and reflects Dubai’s international community. Our team treats every dish as art. Popular items include the Strawberry Matcha Cloud, a light and dreamy dessert. The Tropi-Misù offers a tropical take on a classic Italian favorite. Our Musakhan pizza pays tribute to Palestinian heritage. Breakfast favorites include perfectly poached Eggs Benedict and richly spiced Shakshuka. Every plate delights both the palate and the eye.
What You Will Do
As our Content Creator, you will be the visual voice of The Good Moon. Your work will shape how people see our brand online.
Create Stunning Visual Content
You will plan, shoot, and edit photos and videos that showcase our best features. This includes our signature dishes, artisanal drinks, and beautiful interior. You will also capture our guests enjoying their time with us.
You will learn to photograph our food at its best moment. Understanding light and texture helps make a dish look irresistible on screen.
You will also capture the small details that make our space special. This might be afternoon sunlight through our windows. It could be the sparkle of glassware on a set table. It might be the warmth of our team greeting regular guests.
Your work will maintain a consistent look across all platforms. You will learn our brand colors, mood, and style. Every photo or video you create will reflect our values of warmth and elegance.
Manage Our Social Media
You will manage our presence on Instagram and TikTok. This means planning a content calendar and posting regularly. You will mix different content types, including feed posts, Stories, and Reels.
You will create short videos that feel current and engaging. This requires staying aware of new audio trends and editing styles. You will adapt these trends to highlight our menu, events, and atmosphere.
You will also engage with our online community. Responding to comments and messages in a friendly way builds trust. Monitoring what people say about us helps us learn what they enjoy. Your insights will shape future content.
Tell Our Brand Story
You will work with our management team to develop creative campaigns. This includes promotions for seasons, holidays, and special events. You will help brainstorm ideas that tell our story authentically.
You will also capture content during special events at our venue. This might include private dinners, celebrations, or gatherings. You may need to work some evenings or weekends to document these moments.
Most importantly, you will protect our visual identity. Ensuring all content matches our brand voice matters deeply. Quality and consistency are essential in everything we produce.
What We Need From You
The right candidate will bring both creative talent and technical skill to this role.
Experience That Matters
You need a strong portfolio showing 2-3 years of professional content creation. Experience in hospitality, food, or lifestyle fields is a big plus.
You must have hands-on experience shooting photo and video content. You should be comfortable with professional cameras, lighting, and audio gear. You should also know how to create quality content using the latest smartphones.
You need expert skills in editing software. This includes Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro. Experience with Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve is also valuable.
You should understand how Instagram and TikTok work. This means knowing their algorithms, audience habits, and content formats. You should stay current with trends on both platforms.
Technical Skills We Value
- Adobe Creative Suite: Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro
- Video editing for short-form content like Reels and TikTok
- Food and drink photography with knowledge of lighting and styling
