About the Role
Are you a curious and analytical thinker who loves uncovering patterns and telling stories through data? We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our data-driven team in Dubai .
In this role, you will collect, process, and analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their data needs, build dashboards, and present findings that inform strategy and optimize performance .

Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Processing:
- Gather and consolidate data from multiple sources including databases, APIs, spreadsheets, and third-party platforms .
- Clean, transform, and validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency .
- Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to support data workflows .
Analysis & Visualization:
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and outliers .
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker .
- Create clear and compelling data visualizations that communicate insights effectively to diverse audiences .
Business Intelligence:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives and translate them into data analysis requirements .
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making across departments .
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track metrics to measure business performance .
Statistical Analysis & Modeling:
- Apply statistical methods to analyze data and validate hypotheses .
- Develop predictive models and forecasting tools to support business planning .
- Conduct A/B testing and experiment analysis to optimize business processes .
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field .
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role .
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases .
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) .
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and statistical modeling .
- Familiarity with Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros) and spreadsheet modeling .
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus .
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and libraries .
- Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) .
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes .
Personal Attributes:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with keen attention to detail .
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences .
- Business acumen and ability to understand organizational goals .
- Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning .
- Fluency in English (spoken and written). Arabic language skills are a plus .
