You will manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure, while effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels .

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Initiation:

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders .
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk management strategies .
• Lead project kickoff meetings and establish clear communication channels across teams .

Execution & Monitoring:

• Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring alignment with project plans and objectives .
• Track project progress against milestones, budgets, and quality standards using tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Asana .
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively .
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) when using Agile methodologies .

Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and changes .
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle .
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, business units, and external vendors .

Quality Assurance & Delivery:

• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and acceptance criteria .
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage feedback and change requests .
• Oversee project transitions to operations and ensure proper handover documentation .

Team Leadership:

• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability .
• Provide guidance and support to team members, removing obstacles to progress .
• Conduct project retrospectives and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement .

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field .
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT project management, delivering complex technology projects .

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid) .
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp) .
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure concepts .
• Experience with budget management, resource planning, and risk mitigation .

Certifications (Highly Preferred):

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification .
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI-ACP for Agile methodologies .
