About the Role:
This position is central to designing, implementing, and evaluating high-impact learning and organizational development initiatives. You will apply a systems approach to training—from needs analysis through to delivery and measurement—while managing relationships with senior stakeholders and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for L&D programs and organizational development projects.
- Apply a systematic approach to training design, development, delivery, and evaluation.
- Manage communication and reporting with executive-level stakeholders.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with external suppliers and vendors.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets using tools like MS Project.
- Ensure all L&D initiatives align with strategic business goals and are delivered on time and within scope.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on project management.
- Proven experience managing the full training cycle: design, development, delivery, and evaluation.
- Strong technical proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Project.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level stakeholder management skills.
- Must be a fluent Arabic speaker.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field is preferred.
