This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and plays a key part in administrative coordination, documentation, and internal support. Strong Excel skills and good organizational ability are essential for success in this position .

What You Will Do

As Front Desk / Administrative Assistant at Darkblue Technology, you will handle a mix of reception duties and administrative tasks. Your days will be varied, and your organizational skills will keep everything running smoothly.

Manage the Front Desk Professionally

You will greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner. For many people, you will be the first person they meet from our company. Your warm welcome sets a positive tone for their entire experience with us .

You will also answer and redirect phone calls, emails, and courier deliveries. This means being the central point of communication for incoming inquiries. You will need to know who handles what and direct people to the right team members .

Keeping the office presentable falls under your care as well. You will maintain office cleanliness and coordinate with building management when needed. A tidy, professional space makes everyone feel more productive .

Support Daily Administrative Operations

You will prepare, update, and maintain administrative records and documents. This includes keeping files organized and ensuring information is easy to find when needed .

Supporting other departments is also part of your role. You will help HR, Finance, and Project teams with basic administrative tasks. This might mean preparing documents, organizing files, or handling routine paperwork .

Education and Experience
