What You Will Do
As a Sales Officer at Sama International DMCC, you will play a vital role in driving our revenue and expanding our client base.
Identify and Pursue New Opportunities
You will actively seek out new sales opportunities through research, networking, and outreach . This means identifying potential clients who could benefit from our products and making initial contact to open conversations. You will conduct cold calling and lead follow-ups to build a steady pipeline of prospects .
Build Strong Client Relationships
Once you connect with potential clients, your focus shifts to understanding their needs . You will schedule and conduct meetings to learn about their business requirements and explain how our products can meet those needs. Building genuine relationships leads to trust, repeat business, and valuable referrals .
Present Our Products Professionally

What We Need From You

Experience and Education
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred . You should have 1-3 years of proven experience in a sales role, ideally within the trading, commodities, or general trading sectors . Experience with international trade or commodity products like agricultural goods is a significant advantage, given our company’s focus .
Language and Communication Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential . You must be able to explain complex products clearly and persuade clients to move forward. Excellent English is required. Knowledge of additional languages such as Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is highly beneficial for connecting with our diverse client base .
Technical Skills
