About the Role

Are you a relationship-driven professional with a talent for understanding client needs and delivering tailored financial solutions? We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our Corporate Banking team in Dubai .

In this client-facing role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of corporate relationships, providing strategic financial advice and access to a comprehensive range of banking products and services. You will be the trusted advisor to your clients, helping them achieve their business objectives while driving the bank’s revenue growth .

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate clients, building strong, long-term relationships based on trust and deep understanding of their business needs .
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic financial advice and responsive support .
  • Proactively identify opportunities to deepen client relationships through cross-selling of banking products including lending, trade finance, cash management, and treasury services .

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the corporate client portfolio .
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives .
  • Network actively within the business community to generate leads and enhance the bank’s market presence .

Credit & Risk Management:

  • Prepare and present credit proposals, conducting thorough financial analysis and risk assessment .
  • Monitor client financial performance and ensure compliance with credit terms and covenants .
  • Work closely with credit and risk teams to manage portfolio quality and mitigate potential risks .

Financial Analysis & Advisory:

  • Analyze client financial statements, business models, and industry trends to provide informed financial advice .
  • Structure customized financial solutions that meet client needs while aligning with bank policies .
  • Stay current on market developments, economic trends, and competitive landscape .

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field .
  • MBA or professional certification (CFA, CPA) is highly preferred .
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in corporate banking relationship management or similar roles .

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of corporate banking products including lending, trade finance, cash management, and treasury .
  • Proven track record of credit analysis and credit proposal preparation .
  • Understanding of UAE banking regulations and compliance requirements .
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis .

Personal Attributes:

  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset .
  • Strong business development acumen and ability to identify opportunities .
  • Results-oriented with proven ability to meet and exceed targets .
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills .
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team .
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written). Arabic language skills are a strong advantage .
